Brewin and Awaitin

Here is my Kumbucha brewing. It seems to take so long, when 6 folks are awaiting for this tasty fermentation!
Herbs from my garden, drying for tea. Peace and quiet, silence is a pure gift!
Kim Chi brewing! Why, can't my family just leave the brewing process alone? I need to hire someone who HATES Kim Chi to watch over it late at night!

Doing my Polish Heritage Proud

My mom, when I was a child use to make cow tongue. Pickled and cooked. It was one of my favorite things she made. I found one at my local farmer's market and was so excited to try it out.

I put the pickling spices in added the water and put it in the pressure cooker, waited 40 minutes and OMG!!! it turned out amazingly wonderful! The best I have ever had. Sorry, mom mine was better, and I always thought your was amazing!
